I'm putting together a page of projects which use MySQLdb. If your project is not on this list, leave a comment, with a URL and brief description, and I'll check it out.
Does it count if I only use _mysql.pyd? Dejavu has used MySQLdb for a couple of years: http://projects.amor.org/docs/dejavu/1.5.0RC1/storage.html#databases and now Geniusql (which is being split off from Dejavu) uses it; in fact I just did some upgrades to it today: http://projects.amor.org/geniusql
